1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the 4K KURDISTAN app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

The app is intended for users aged 13 or older. Some sections (such as live streaming and rooms) may require a higher age under applicable laws.

3. Your Account & Responsibility

• You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
• You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate any person or entity.
• Accounts may not be sold, shared, or transferred to another party.

4. Conduct Rules & Prohibited Content

Posting, sending, or promoting any of the following is strictly prohibited:

• Any content related to Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE/CSAM) — absolute prohibition, reported to authorities.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
• Sexually explicit or excessively violent content.
• Illegal content, fraud, scams, or phishing attempts.
• Impersonation or sharing others' private information without consent.
• Spam, automated tools, or attempts to hack or disrupt the app.

The app provides a built-in report button in chats, posts, and rooms — reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

5. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post.
• By posting, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute it within the app solely to operate the service.
• We may remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Coins & In-App Purchases

• In-app coins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value outside the app.
• They cannot be converted to money or transferred outside the app, except where the app explicitly provides otherwise.
• Purchases are made through your device's app store and are subject to the store's refund policy and applicable law.
• Upon account deletion or termination for violations, virtual items may be lost without compensation.

7. Subscriptions

Some features (such as account verification) are available via a paid subscription managed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings before the renewal date.

8. Moderation & Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, abuses the service, or endangers user safety, and remove the violating content.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for user-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

11. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the app at any time and permanently delete your account — see the Delete Account page.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.
